Shipping policy

All orders ship from Tokyo, Japan and are shipped within 1-3 days of payment being received. All orders under 2kg (by default) ship by Japan Post International for small packets by Standard Economy Airmail, with delivery expected between 14-21 days.

Airmail shipping is available for purchase for an additional AUD $5.00 and delivery is expected within 7-14 days. 

Order tracking is also available for purchase for an additional $5.00.

Orders over 2kg will be shipped by International Parcel Service and you will be provided with an additional quote to ensure the best postage price.
